A standard clean covers the regular upkeep: floors, surfaces, kitchen counters and exterior appliance fronts, bathrooms, dusting reachable surfaces, and taking out the trash. A deep clean adds the things that don't need doing every visit — baseboards, door frames, window sills, inside the microwave and fridge, grout and soap-scum treatment, light fixtures, and detailed edge work along floors.
Not at all. Plenty of clients leave a code, a key, or let us in and head out. If you'd rather be there, that's welcome too — just let us know which you prefer when we schedule.
Ideally the home is empty, or as close to it as possible — an empty house lets us clean inside cabinets, closets, and appliances properly. If movers are still coming, tell us the timing and we'll work around it. If your landlord or realtor gave you a checklist, send it over and we'll build the clean to match.
Yes — we arrive with everything, including a vacuum. If you'd prefer we use your products (allergies, natural surfaces, stone counters, a brand you trust), just leave them out and let us know.
Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly plans hold the same slot each cycle so you always know when we're coming. You can move, pause, or change frequency any time with a bit of notice — there's no contract and no cancellation fee.
Reschedule freely with 24 hours' notice. Inside 24 hours we'll always try to move you first before anything else; last-minute cancellations may carry a small fee since the slot is usually unfillable that late.
Tell your friend to mention your name when they reach out. Once their first clean is complete, $20 comes off your next invoice. No cap — refer as many people as you like.
