1. Information we collect
When you submit a quote request or contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, service address, and any notes about your home. We do not collect payment information through this website.
2. How we use your information
Your information is used only to prepare an estimate, schedule and deliver your cleaning service, and communicate with you about your appointments. If you tell us texting is your preferred contact method, that is how we will reach out.
3. Sharing and sale of data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Information is shared only with the team members assigned to your clean, and only as needed to complete the service.
4. Data retention and security
Contact and service records are kept for as long as needed to service your account and meet basic business record-keeping needs. You may request that we delete your information at any time by emailing us.
5. Scheduling and cancellation
Appointments are confirmed by text, phone, or email. Rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice is free. Cancellations made inside 24 hours may be subject to a fee, as the reserved time slot generally cannot be filled.
6. Payment expectations
Payment is due on completion of service unless other arrangements have been agreed in advance. Estimates are provided in good faith based on the information given; if a home differs substantially from what was described, we will discuss any adjustment with you before proceeding.
7. Service scope and satisfaction
We aim to deliver the checklist agreed for your service. If something was missed, contact us within 24 hours of the clean and we will return to address it at no additional charge.
